Technical Assistance to Sol-do-Ave association

The technical assistance aimed to support the Sol-do-Ave Development Association with a strategic framework for discussing possible scenarios for the future of the association, identifying simultaneously their implications in terms of strategy and internal organization. It was based  on a process of animation and involvement of the organization and stakeholders. The technical assistance work  was developed achieving the following deliveries: characterization of the "business" and of the organizational forms of collaborators, competences and resources; assessment of the opportunities and constraints to develop the activity; design of a strategic agenda for action at medium term. The methodology was based on the scenario planning process and on the concept of core competences. The process has been highly participated and with a strong involvement of the SOL-do-Ave technical staff.
