Galicia-North of Portugal Cooperation Integrated Plan 2007-2013

The study aims to be the reference framework of a new cycle of inter-regional and trans-border cooperation in 2007-2013 programming period, considering the strategic guidelines established by the CCDRN for the inter-regional and trans-border cooperation and the strategic priorities (North 2015) established for the new programming period. The study is supported by a methodological framework able to integrate the different cooperation modalities, identifies the main cooperation strategies designed for the several cooperation spaces - regional, transnational, inter-regional and trans-border and analysis the structural factors that can facilitate or block the cooperation initiatives. It also integrates the already conceived cooperation projects and presents the strategic framework to orient the 2007-2013 programming period.
