NUTS III Ave Intermunicipal Action Programme 2007-2010 focused on Public Territorial Proximity Services

The elaboration of this Action Programme represented the first phase of the background studies to support the negotiation process with the CCRDN of a contractualization of a global subvention to be implemented within the framework of ther Regional Operational Programme Norte 2007-2013.  The report presents the strategic reference framework that has been conceived from the Ave Action Plan 2007-2013 and strategic references by intervetnion fields: education; social development; health; environment; sports; culture and heritage; proximity economic development; transports; ICT for proximity services. The investment priorities scenarios are presented considering the strategic priorities by intervention domains. The report ends with a proposal  for the contractualization process.
