Technical and Juridical Assistance to AMAVE

The technical assistance consisted of assessing the legal framework alternatives of the Ave Inter-municipal System of Waste Management, considering the new entrepreneurial models led by the municipalities. The comparative analysis involved the modalities of inter-municipal enterprise, association of municipalities, inter-municipal system and cooperative régie.
