Fundação Calouste Gulbenkian has created and supported, in the past, the project "TEM - Tempo Escola Museu".

The main goal of this project is to put in action an innovative educative program, which put in relation the pedagogical resources form Agrupamentos Escolares and the educative resources of local Museums and Heritage. This program, oriented for schoolchildren, was promoted by FCG with other partners. The program aims include the interest and learning will encouragement, mobilizing different pedagogical resources and cultural and heritage assets. Its contribution to the knowledge building, the qualification and the skills development is thus very important.

FCG was then interested to enlarge those experiences to new milieus and territories. In order to achieve this, they contract Quaternaire Portugal advice services on preparing some funding proposals for Portugal 2020 regional programs and instruments. Quaternaire Portugal advice services also included the preparation and execution of the methodology for on-going assessment of new projects "TEM - Tempo Escola Museu" and its partner’s arrangements.

The work made by Quaternaire Portugal involved the initial parts, about partner’s arrangement preparation and program adaptation to local conditions. However, the necessity of reducing activities and costs obliged the FCG to stop this project. As FCG did not present any funding proposal, Quaternaire Portugal did not conclude the planned advice services.
