Technical support for the design of the plan to promote school success and combat early school dropout and it’s supra municipal and municipal projects. It includes the review of the main problems and challenges of the education system in the region, the identification and design of projects to be integrated into the plan and the organization and submission of the application. Work based on a participative methodology involving the regional and local educational community, namely municipalities and schools.
