Study of viability of the Order's headquarters installation and North 41 project.

When concluding and closure the project by OASRN - North Regional Section of the of ArchitectsOrder to the Contest EPE / 1/2010 - Equipment for Cohesion Local - Specific Audiences equipment , was requested to Quaternaire Portugal the reformulation of the Economic and Finance Feasibility Study in the face of changes in assumptions and financial reprogramming and physical operation approved by ON.2 in operation closure.

The operation called North 41 - Center for Architecture, Creativity and Sustainability, whose candidacy to ON.2 program was developed by Quaternaire Portugal, intends to develop research projects, training and promoting the debate on emerging issues in professional practice, in particular those linked with creativity and sustainability in architecture, aimed at architects, professionals from the sectors of construction and creative industries, the local teams and all stakehold on these issues.
