The study "Strategic Training Programme on Trade and Services 2014-2020" that Quaternaire Portugal held to the Confederation of Trade and Services of Portugal develops a strategic training proposal for the sector on the horizon of the current EU funds programming period. The study route comprises a detailed analysis of the dynamics of demand for qualifications and skills in the sector and the identification of a set of strategic domains to be addressed in the field of vocational training. In this context, the study draw up a new set of qualification benchmarks organized based on learning outcomes methodology which allow the specification of the identified skills and qualifications needs.

The Base Report includes the main contents resulting from the developed diagnostic and presents the strategic training program. The Supplementary Report integrates the new qualifications referentials developed.
