After having coordinated the elaboration of the Spatial Regional Plan of Centre Region, leading and coordinating a vast group of university teams coming from Porto University, Coimbra University, Lisbon Technical University and Beira Interior University, the coordination of this pahse consisetd of technically supporting the team of the Regional Coordinating Body of Centre Region in order to achieve the process of negociation with municipalities and associations of municipalities and the conception of the monitoring system.
