The technical assistance consisted of elaborationg a summary of the Strategic Plan, which was previously contracted between the PPI and Quaternaire Portugal, and that was destinated to be presented to the PPI General Council. Beyond the summary of the main strategic options defined for repositioning in competitive terms the institution, the work presents a framework of strategic and operational objectives with a set of baselines and goals indicators taht will be integrated in the Balance Scorecard tools developed by the central board of the PPI to monitor the implementation of the Strategic Plan.
