The study is the result of a technical assistance project targeted at designing competences and training frameworks for teachers and trainers working in vocational education, particularly in initial education activities. The study encompasses all the professionals developing their activity within the modalities of the national Qualifications System.

It uses the methodology consisting of associating the training frameworks to the previous definition of competences frameworks for those professionals.
