The work encompassed two dimensions: Technical support to the Cávado Employability Pact and the Study on the Anticipation of Intermediate Qualification Needs in Cávado (regional diagnosis).
The support to the Cávado Employability Pact was based on the mobilization of regional entities, including local authorities, to define a medium-term action plan, including the identification of portfolio of projects to be led in the region.
The Study on the Anticipation of Intermediate Qualification Needs is part of the national initiative “Anticipation System of Qualification Needs” and aims to support the schools’ planning culture and to identify and anticipate skills needs and priorities for secondary vocational courses.
