Framework Document of the Littoral Action Plan 2007-2013 Implementation Strategy

The work presents a strategic thinking about the definition of investment priorities to be implemented in the littoral territory within the NSRF 2007-2013 and national policies towards the coastal areas framework. The study identified the priority and key actions towards the coastal areas (according some criteria such as the risks minimization, environmental and administrative complexity, demonstration effect of actions) and proposes coordination and institutional articulation modalities considered as pertinent to achieve an integrated implementation of all the actions.
