Technical Assistance to the AMAVE - Elaboration of the Territorial Development Plan to be submitted to the ON2 Regional Operational Programme

The work has completed the technical assistance in the field of the public proximity territorial services. The methodology follows the guidelines proposed by the CCRN to support the contractualization of a global subvention to be implemented within the framework of the OP ON2 2007-2013. The study presents the integrated development strategy for the territory through the lens of the North Region Strategy, proposes an Investment and a Monitoring Plan and develops the organization model to be implemented by the contractualization process. The study ends with a proposal of a communication plan. Two annexes, including two scenarios for the investment plan, complete the report.
