The study elaborates a summary analysis of the internal resources of the organization, assessed from the point of view of the national regulator and applies the QP’s methodology assessing a set of evolution trends and their implications on the main functions: education, research, continuous training and links with the community. Strategic positioning is defined from the perspective of the core competences that the institution needs to build to be recognized by the market as a distinctive supply of higher education. The study also identifies the organizational implications of these collective priorities and recommends a strategy of transition from the present situation towards the neew orientations.
