The study applies in a pioneer way the methodology designed by Quaternaire Portugal for ANQEP regarding the anticipation of intermediate qualifications in a NUTS III territory, in strict co-operation with Lisbon Metropolitan Area (LMA). It encompasses three modules: the first one presents the basic diagnosis about the propsective of qualifications in LMA; the second one presents a critical reviw of the proposal of of the Regional Network of Vocational Courses 2016/17 and the third proposes a training strategy for LMA.
