In this study, the team of QP collaborated with Qmetrics in conceiving an evaluation and monitoring system of the satisfaction level of the IEFP services users, being responsible for the knowledge about the public employment services work and the different publics targeted by the institution and interacting with the several platforms led by IEFP. QP's team has been also responsible for the internal communication plan of the project and for orienting several workshops involving directors and staff members of the Employment Centres led by IEFP.
