This study is part of the licensing process for two medium-large furniture and interior design stores in Algarve (Olhão) and Lisbon Metropolitan Area (Corroios).

The study identifies and characterises the potencial catchement area of each store, using spatial analysis tools to manage data related to accessibility (time-distance and transportation modes), demographic and socioeconomic situation and trends. Inside the catchement area, the study analyses the existing competition in the relevant business fields.
