The provision of services by Quaternaire Portugal aimed at the preparation of the Trás-os-Montes Land Roots Program application that the CIMTTM - Trás-os-Montes Intermunicipal Community of Lands intended to present to the Northern Program 2020 - NORTH WARNING-14-2016 -03 SUSTAINABILITY AND EFFICIENCY IN THE USE OF RESOURCES: Investment Priority 6.3 - Conservation, protection, promotion and development of the natural and cultural heritage.

a) Elaboration of a descriptive and justification of the project, including:

• Justification and framing of the Investment Priority

• Detailed description of the project and its objectives

• Definition of Performance and outcome indicators,

• Justification of proposed values and respective contractual procedures

• Presentation of project sustainability

b) Elaboration of justification of criteria and sub-criteria for evaluation of applications: efficiency and sustainability; adaptation to strategy; efficiency; integrated approach

c) Elaboration of a Communication Plan, including internal and external communication actions

d) Preparation of Terms of Reference for studies and specialized work,

e) Elaboration of a forecast of generated revenues.fg) Collection and completion of other documents to be attached.
