The service is intended to support the INEB on the implementation of the SR&TD Integrated Program and the formalization of their application, including the development of specific contributions to the documents needed for processing and electronic submission of the application. Specifically, it covers the following contributions:

- In depth analysis of the conditions of admissibility and eligibility of candidates and their effects at the level of documentation to be submitted and / or text to write in the descriptive document required;

- Analysis and collection of information on decisions about the Integrated Program and their specifics components;

- Specific contribution in defining the governance model SR&TD Integrated Program;

- Specific contribution in defining the level of articulation of the goals of SR&TD Integrated Program with some references, mostly regional;

- Specific contribution in defining the indicators system of SR&TD Integrated Program.
